Dr. Duncan Carlton is a 4^th year EM resident at Naval Medical Center San Diego, after nearly a decade as a Marine infantry and Recon officer.

He teaches the Prolonged Casualty Care Course for 1^st Marine Division.

His current research focus is on remote damage control resuscitation and pre-hospital whole blood transfusions.
